International Shipping

When you checkout, the system will provide international shipping options, including costs and times. If you live somewhere that has country-specific duties, tariffs, taxes or fees imposed during or after shipping, you’ll be responsible for payment of those.


Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

You may request returns and refunds 14 days from the postmarked ship date of your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days but usually sooner.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 day, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only full priced items may be refunded. Specially priced items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hai@fundoshi.store and we’ll help make it right.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
