Shipment processing time

All orders are usually processed within one business day, but can take up to three.

International Shipping

When you checkout, the system will provide international shipping options, including costs and times. If you live somewhere that has country-specific duties, tariffs, taxes or fees imposed during or after shipping, you’ll be responsible for payment of those.

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

You may request returns and refunds 14 days from the postmarked ship date of your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days but usually sooner.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 day, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only full priced items may be refunded. Specially priced items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hai@fundoshi.store and we’ll help make it right.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Shipping Privacy

Your order will be shipped discretely in a plain package with our return address without the fundoshi.store name.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and our spam detection software also checks basic information including the visitor’s IP address.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year, but you can delete them in your browser settings.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Data Sharing Policy

We do not sell user data. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service, but otherwise will remain on our servers (private).

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except username). Website administrators can also edit the information when requested.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
